Mike and Beck began their company two years ago with the idea of bringing together Mike's connections in the USA with Beck's connections in the former Soviet Union. They have worked on everything from cultural exchange to commodity deals. They also brought students to Memphis for business training and classes in English as a second language. Recently they have expanded their business and used their experience to coach local business owners.
Mike started a successful paint contracting business 25 years ago. Ten years ago he began a home care agency that grew to seventy clients and ninety employees and became a multimillion dollar business.
Beck opened the first private business in Uzbekistan after the fall of the soviet Union twenty years ago. He partnered with Mississippi State University to bring modern cotton farming to Uzbekistan. He later became the chief negotiator in Central Asia for Atwood Richards the largest bartering company in the world.
